How to Make a Complaint

Please provide: 

  • Your name and contact details 
  • Vehicle registration number 
  • A clear description of your complaint 
  • Any supporting documents or evidence 

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

• We aim to investigate and resolve most complaints within 10 working days.

• If the issue is more complex, we’ll keep you updated on progress and let you know when you can expect a full response.

We will explain:

  • What we have found
  • Any actions we plan to take
  • Our proposed resolution
